Why we do what we do...

Hi Kacy here! Making my first  blog entry in our Thousand Mile Diet. Your probably wondering why "Thousand Mile Diet". Let me first say its not because Carla and I need to loose a thousands pounds :) Since we first met in 1998 we have only lived in the same city for 6 months but have managed to stay close friends even with all the miles between us. We have lived states and countries away from each other.
We are both married to men that love us unconditionally not matter how much unnecessary weight we are caring around on us. Both have an amazing family that is encouraging and available to us. We have both finally reach a point in our life that we have more than just ourselves to live for.
Its time for a complete lifestyle change. Getting rid of bad eating habits and incorporating new healthy habits. Including exercising regiments, sleep routines and what we allow into our minds and souls.
This blog is going to be a place for us to daily encourage each other to hold the other accountable for her choices. We are also asking for your help as well.
